On the company I am working with, the operation expenses are always in consideration whenever we compute our company’s net earnings. The gross income of the company less the operation expenses is equals to the net earnings of the company. We managed to budget our operation expenses but our boss noticed that we have a high telephone bill which he wants us to find a way to make savings with our phone calls.

Telephone calls are necessary in the office because we have clients internationally and we used to call them on a long-distance via phone which is charged by the telephone provider per minute of calls. This problem on our telephone bills can be solved by using voice over internet protocol which is also known as VoIP as phone provider which uses the internet connections to have calls and allows unlimited long-distance and have very low rates on international calls. We are still searching for a VoIP Review to find out which provider could be the best for us. Our boss wants to have VoIP in the office as soon as possible so that we can have lots of savings in the operation expenses which will result on the increase of our company’s net income.
